What has 3 letters, is a great way to get work experience and still provides the Harmony advantage that you all have come to appreciate so much?!

Only the Camp Harmony C.I.T. program offers your 14 and 15 year olds the chance to work side-by-side with our staff (who we consider to be the best in the business!), learn the best techniques for working with children and still provides them with time to be a camper!

Our C.I.T. program includes:

• Training to be a future Harmony counselor via half-day sessions in actual Camp groups;

• The opportunity to participate in American Red Cross Guard Start program (lifeguard pre-training course) or CPR readiness training;

• Participation in their favorite Camp activities through a fully planned schedule (including Choice period & Free Swim);

• Our optional but out-of-control C.I.T. overnight trip to an all-inclusive resort, which leaves Camp on a Saturday and returns on that next Sunday and last summer included hiking, swimming, a waterpark and more resort features;

• The opportunity to be hired as a fully paid Camp Harmony staff member at age 16 (as opposed to our normal requirement of 18).
